Holistic Healing of Mind, Body & Soul
To fully heal, do it naturally!
Soon the morning, head outside a Surya Namaskar. This is a great yoga technique to pray to the Sun God, incorporating the Sun’s pure energy to your senses. The Surya Namaskar is designed to stretch all the muscles in a continuous movement elongated. You will feel fresh and energized and certainly become more flexible while getting in shape the healthy way.
Eating a healthy vegetarian diet healthy. Eat food that grows, so that your body will continue to grow. Water is the elixir if life is sure to have plenty of water through the day. Find a location as a beach in Hawaii and meditate to the sound of the waves as you inhale and exhale the breeze of the sea. Preferably find a quiet and sit on a mat in the lotus position yoga.
If you have a friend take turns every other massage or a massage yourself relax your stressed body and mind. Massages are the best feet and head. By those two parties alone, makes the body from head to foot decompress!
Head outdoors for some nature trails, the smell of flowers and take some vitamin D from the sun. Hiking is a great way to increase the body’s metabolism and get fit. While you probably lose a lot of excess weight you get peace of mind and a great sense of adventure.
Head back for a shower to soothe your feet with aromatic oils. Lounge around in the bath and add the lavender oil for hot water. Light orange blossom-scented incense sticks fresh and elegant.
Keeping the Mind, Body and Soul Healthy
Every part of our body is all interconnected and therefore rely on each other to do their jobs. If one of these parts is not healthy
then it only makes common sense that’is going to affect other parts. There are three very different parts of our being. This is the mind, body and soul. If not healthy then the other two suffer. Let’s look at each of these three components separately.
Mind:
Our mental and emotional well-being as a very strong influence on the rest of the body. If the mind is focused and strong and then can not direct bodily functions to carry out their work. Most often, the mind becomes despondent does the body. In fact, general health gets affected. This can be supported by many doctors that they have exhausted all possibilities for coming up with a diagnosis of a person who can put it off that mental issue. Another good example of how the mind and emotions affect our general well-being with anxiety attacks. These are triggered by the mind is they can be so severe that sometimes mimic a heart attack. Obviously, if they occur, one is not feeling very healthy.
Body:
Body and mind affect other areas as well as when the sick. Look at how an individual becomes mentally exhausted when dealing with chronic pain. It’s not the cause of pain, which is to blame for the mind to’s level of pain. If any body need restrictive in some ways, this could have a significant impact on the mind. It’s that the cliche that the mind is willing but the body in March’t. The authority which is not healthy, is the author of a number of negative factors.
Soul:
No matter what each person believes that there is a link with the rest of the body. If an individual in poor spirits, has a direct impact on the health of mind and body as well.
Mind Body and Soul
The mind can be compared to the central command center through which the soul expresses itself and the body is the vehicle that executes the desires of both. Though all three components of the Human Being serve vastly different purposes, each is equally important and must be nurtured for optimal performance. Someone I consider to be a very spiritual individual shared with me that we have entered the era of “health”. There is no coincidence that our country has approached a critical crossroad concerning health care. National health care on the surface sounds promising for there are many who suffer needlessly because they lack resources. However, it is my opinion that in addition to having access to medical services, we should be proactive and take responsibility over our own bodies.
If we should be mindful of the thoughts we think and the actions we take, we should also be mindful of what we eat and how we treat our bodies. After all, when we eat nutritional foods, drink lots of good water, exercise regularly and get proper rest, we reinforce our body to carry out our higher purpose. Every time I attend a funeral and the deceased did not pass away from a natural cause, old age or trauma, I am reminded that wealth, intelligence and beauty mean nothing when the body shuts down.
Knowing that my Mind, body and soul are connected and neither is designed to function without the others, I intend to take responsibility for my own health. I am the master of my life and the trustee of my destiny.
