Do you get embarrassed by bad body odor? Well, it is quite embarrassing not only for you but also your friends and all those people who hang out with you. This is because it is almost immediately associated with unhygienic habits. Let us say you are in a job which makes you run around a lot outdoors or have a 9 to 9 job. This means you are too busy to get a shower during the day. As a result your sweat accumulates. A particular type of bacteria feeds on this accumulation of sweat giving out odor.

Does that not sound icky? Do not let this horrible bacteria ruin your social life. But how can you fight it? Take care of your diet. Increase the amounts of fresh foods and water you have. This flushes out a lot of toxins which is good for dealing with odor. Make sure when you are taking your daily shower you rinse your body well enough to get rid of any unwanted stuff. After shower take time to dry your body. A damp body is the easiest target for bad body odor. That is the reason when you are changing into fresh clothes you must see to it that they are absolutely dry. Keep these points in mind. You will automatically attract friends, not odor creating bacteria.
